Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
- We Want You Happy: If you’re not loving your WarmerTimes experience (or if something’s off with your order), you’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to let us know.
- Reach Out First: Please email us at support@getwarmertimes.com before sending anything back. We’ll figure out the best way to make things right—whether that’s a return or exchange.
- Condition of Products: For sanitary reasons, toe warmers that have been opened or used can’t be returned unless there’s a clear defect. Affirmation cards should be in original, unused condition if you’re returning them.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your warmers aren’t heating up or your cards arrived damaged, shoot us a photo at support@warmertimes.com. We'll be happy to send a replacement!
- Other Reasons: If you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, let me know. As long as the product is unused and in its original packaging, we can work out an exchange. You’ll likely be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
- How It Works: Once I receive your returned item and confirm it’s in good shape, I’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. It might take 5–7 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
- Partial Refunds: In rare cases, if products are returned damaged or missing pieces (aside from what's been reported), we can only give a partial refund.
Exceptions
- Sale or Clearance Items: These items are final sale.
- Subscriptions: If you’re unhappy with your subscription, email us at suppot@getwarmertimes.com. We can look into pausing, canceling, or adjusting things to fit your needs better.
