Shipping Policy

Hey there. I want to make sure getting your Warmertimes products is as easy and stress-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

  1. Processing Time

    • I typically pack and ship your orders within 1–3 business days. Sometimes even faster if I’m feeling extra caffeinated!
    • During holidays, launches, or special promotions, it may take a smidge longer, but I’ll always do my best to keep you in the loop if there’s a delay.
  2. Domestic Shipping

    • Right now, we ship across the U.S. using trusted carriers (like USPS or UPS).
    • Standard delivery usually lands between 3–7 business days after your order ships.
    • You’ll get a tracking link once your package is on its way, so you can watch it make its journey to your doorstep.
  3. International Shipping

    • We currently do not ship internationally. Make sure to stay involved, we will be expanding shipping internationally in the near future. 

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Standard Shipping Rates: Are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
    • Keep an eye out for any free shipping promotions we might be running—just our little way of spreading more warmth.

  5. Lost or Delayed Packages

    • If your package seems stuck or you haven’t received it by the estimated date, reach out at support@getwarmertimes.com. We'll do everything we can to help track it down or work out a solution.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • We Want You Happy: If you’re not loving your WarmerTimes experience (or if something’s off with your order), you’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to let us know.
  • Reach Out First: Please email us at support@getwarmertimes.com before sending anything back. We’ll figure out the best way to make things right—whether that’s a return or exchange. 
  • Condition of Products: For sanitary reasons, toe warmers that have been opened or used can’t be returned unless there’s a clear defect. Affirmation cards should be in original, unused condition if you’re returning them.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your warmers aren’t heating up or your cards arrived damaged, shoot us a photo at support@warmertimes.com. We'll be happy to send a replacement! 
  • Other Reasons: If you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, let me know. As long as the product is unused and in its original packaging, we can work out an exchange. You’ll likely be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

  • How It Works: Once I receive your returned item and confirm it’s in good shape, I’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. It might take 5–7 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Partial Refunds: In rare cases, if products are returned damaged or missing pieces (aside from what's been reported), we can only give a partial refund.

Exceptions

  • Sale or Clearance Items: These items are final sale.
  • Subscriptions: If you’re unhappy with your subscription, email us at support@getwarmertimes.com. We can look into pausing, canceling, or adjusting things to fit your needs better.
